Guests gather around one elegant table, either inside the château’s opulent dining room or outside in the serene courtyard, bathed in the soft glow of candlelight. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and full of conversation, as everyone prepares to indulge in an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

The meal, carefully crafted by Catherine, the château’s owner and talented chef, unfolds as a symphony of flavors. A 4- to 5-course feast, featuring the finest local ingredients, showcases the rich culinary heritage of Burgundy. Each dish is a masterpiece, highlighting seasonal produce, freshly caught fish, and locally sourced meats, paired perfectly with Burgundy’s iconic wines.
